Boat Slip Rentals
Wax Marina has over 170 slips both covered and non-covered from 24' to 80'. All slips use modern construction composition or concrete walkways, galvanized uprights, and steel roofs over the covered slips.

2023 Mooring Rates
Previous year slip holders have first rights and they must have their slip renewed and paid by end of February 2023, otherwise it is first come first serve.
Small Covered Slip 8' Wide: $1000 per year
Large Covered Slip 10' Wide: $1,500 per year
Uncoverd Slips E and D Dock: $1250 per year (Must be removed by October 15)
Uncoverd Slips C Dock: $1000 per year (Must be removed by October 15)
House Boat Slips: $2500-2800 per year
Overnight 10' Uncovered Slip Rental: $25 per night
Overnight 8' Covered Slip Rental: $25 per night
Overnight 10' Covered Slip Rental: $35 per night (limited availability)
All large covered and uncovered slips are booked for 2022. We can add you to the waiting list which we go down in March 2023 after renewals are confirmed. We now only have 8 foot wide covered slips available for lease and overnight parking, which will fit fishing boats, jet skis and smaller runabouts.
